In the popular residential area (residential area) Son Veri Nou there is a hospital as well as various restaurants and a large shop - a Spanish private school and a fitness/language school, where you could go to yoga or Pilates, but also to weight training and or with be able to do sports with a private fitness instructor. Playa de Palma is quickly reached along the low-lying coast. The beautiful blue bay of Cala Blava is also just a few minutes' walk away. Son Veri Nou is close to the airport, without aircraft noise and Palma can be reached in about 15-20 minutes by car.
